- Prices may change due to market fluctuations or policy changes
3. Payment Terms
- Advance payment required to confirm order
- Remaining payment linked to installation milestones
- Payment schedule will be clearly defined in the agreement
4. Project Timeline
- Timelines depend on:
- Site readiness
- Government approvals
- Weather conditions
Delays outside our control may occur.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information
- Ensure structural safety of installation site
- Allow access for installation and maintenance
6. Installation & Commissioning
- System will be tested before handover
- Customer will receive basic operational guidance
7. Warranty Terms
- Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers
- Installation warranty is provided by us
- Warranty claims must follow defined procedures
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Changes in electricity tariffs
- Government policy changes
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under defined conditions. Applicable charges may apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in respective service area.
